Room Reservations
Reservations will be accepted based on availability. Conference delegates are responsible for making their own reservations. Please call 888.627.8513 to make your reservation. Please identify yourself as an attendee of the 2009 SCDM Management Annual Conference.

Reservations must be made by Saturday, September 12 in order to qualify for the SCDM group rate.

Special Accessibility Needs

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at all SCDM meetings and educational sessions. Guests of the hotel will be permitted to smoke in designated smoking areas only.

Conference Attire
All session are business casual attire. Please remember that it is difficult to control temperatures in a hotel setting. Bringing a light jacket or sweater to the session rooms is recommended. Coat and tie are not required for any of the evening social functions.
