× Patrick Nadolny has over 30 years of industry experience across pharmaceutical, device and biologics as well as technology development. He is a pragmatic leader focusing on technology, innovation, strategic planning, change management, and the setup of new capabilities. In addition to his SCDM Chair role, he leads the SCDM innovation committee, which recently released 3 reflection papers on the evolution of Clinical Data Management toward Clinical Data Science.

× Twenty-five years of biotechnology, microbiology and clinical trial data management. Areas of focus include recombinant, subunit, attenuated and whole cell bacterin and viral vaccines, cellular therapy, oncology, gout and biosimilar studies as well as monoclonal therapies. Significant exposure to global team leadership, project management and data operations functional management support for local and global team members, including clinical data coordinators, lead data managers and functional managers. Active member of SCDM, working as conference co-chair for 2020 through 2023 annual general meetings. He isa board of trustees member 2022 through 2024, currently acting as Community Engagement BoT liaison and Executive Secretary of SCDM.

× Tanya is currently Chief Data Strategist & Solutions Officer of Bioforumand she has 17 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, Tanya has worked with multinational pharmaceutical companies as well as small-to-mid size biotechs and startups. She has led various data management operations and programs, heading numerous innovation teams and spearheading the development of strategies for customized data delivery solutions, focusing on timely, quality data. Tanya is also a certified clinical data manager (CCDM, SCDM) as well as a project management professional (certified PMP).

× Dawn has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked within every level of clinical data management, from Data Coordinator to Senior Director where she participated in or had oversight for more than 250 clinical trials. During her time in the industry, she has provided consultation to organizations on clinical trial conduct, best practices in Data Management and data capture as well as developed standardized libraries and templates to support the adoption of CDISC standards. She is an active member of SCDM as a GCDMP SME, course designer and webinar presenter as well as Co-Chair of the annual conference (2018-2021) and serves on the SCDM Board of Trustees. Dawn is involved as a member of the CDISC-CDASH core team, Diabetes sub-team, CDASH CFAST Expanded Leadership Team and former Co-Chair of the CRF Library project. Dawn currently holds the position of Vice President, BD Operations, where she supports business development as a Clinical Subject Matter Expert for both software and data services as well as overseeing the Proposals and Solution Consulting departments.

× Ward Lemaire is the Head of Data Management and Central Monitoring of J&J Innovative Medicine, accountable for all Data Management and Central Monitoring deliverables in the J&JIM portfolio and defines and shapes the Data Management and Central Monitoring Strategy. Ward is a member of the Board of Trustees of SCDM with specific focus on the Corporate Partnership, the GCDMP working group and the global expansion program. Ward holds a master’s degree in Cell and Gene Biotechnology and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Biological sciences and is in the industry for 20 years. Ward has lived in 3 continents; originally from Belgium but has also lived and worked out of China and now located in the US for the last 8 years out of Springhouse, PA. In his free time, Ward coaches basketball and loves spending quality time with his family.

× Richard Young is VP, Clinical Data Strategy at Veeva Systems. Young has over 25 years of expertise in data management and clinical strategy. His broad experience includes roles at Medidata where he focused on adaptive trials, risk-based monitoring, mobile health, and big data. He has also held operational roles at leading pharma and CRO organizations including GlaxoWellcome, Novo Nordisk, and PAREXEL. Young holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemical sciences from Coventry University.
