Announcing SCDM’s Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research | CDER

SCDM is delighted to share a momentous development that will help shape the future of the clinical data science profession and pave the way for enhanced collaboration between the society and regulatory authorities.

We are proud to announce SCDM’s Regulatory Council’s approval to be part of the CDER’s Public-Private Partnership program.

“This partnership is a significant step toward bringing together industry and health authorities in a collaborative setting, to create an open and proactive dialogue in which areas of collaboration are identified, and to increase knowledge and understanding of current industry best practice and its intersection with regulations.

We are excited about the opportunities this partnership offers in terms of strengthening relationships, fostering a culture of compliance, and driving innovation. It is our belief that a collaborative approach will lead to better outcomes for all”, said Jonathan Andrus, SCDM’s Past Chair, Current Treasurer and Regulatory Liaison.

SCDM will provide regular updates and communications about the progress and specific initiatives that will arise from this collaboration. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or suggestions.
