The CCDS certification is designed for experienced Clinical Data Management professionals who operate beyond data collection and review, applying advanced analytical, scientific, and strategic thinking to solve complex clinical data challenges.
CCDS candidates demonstrate expertise across areas such as data science methodologies, predictive analytics, regulatory knowledge, emerging technologies, and modern clinical research practices.
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and 6+ years of full-time CDM experience
- Associate’s degree and 9+ years of full-time CDM experience
- 10+ years of full-time CDM experience
Earlier in your CDM journey? Consider the Certified Clinical Data Associate (CCDA) or Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM) programs.
