× Tanya is currently Chief Data Strategist & Solutions Officer of Bioforumand she has 17 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, Tanya has worked with multinational pharmaceutical companies as well as small-to-mid size biotechs and startups. She has led various data management operations and programs, heading numerous innovation teams and spearheading the development of strategies for customized data delivery solutions, focusing on timely, quality data. Tanya is also a certified clinical data manager (CCDM, SCDM) as well as a project management professional (certified PMP).

× Chris Decker leads the CDISC organization. Widely recognized in the industry, Chris has decades of experience leveraging technology and standards to optimize processes and help industry drive innovation forward. He has extensive experience in executive roles across software development, clinical research, and consulting and his 20-year engagement with CDISC includes roles as a volunteer, implementer, and board member. Chris is passionate about leading CDISC towards a technology-based standards future and expanding the organization's global impact in clinical research standards.

× Marilyn Neault, PhD participates in a variety of patient advocacy activities under the umbrella of the Parkinson’s Foundation. She serves as a working member of the Steering Committee of the Parkinson’s Outcomes Project. She talks to groups of scientists and students regarding the experience of living with Parkinson’s Disease. With a longstanding interest in health literacy, she serves on a taskforce to develop a Clinical Research Glossary for the Multi-Regional Clinical Trial Center, while also participating in clinical trials herself. Dr. Neault retired in 2017 from a long career in pediatric audiology, during which she directed Audiology programs at Boston Children’s Hospital, specializing in electrophysiological measures of hearing in infants and in programming cochlear implant devices. By 2004, she had developed symptoms which were diagnosed in 2009 as Parkinson’s Disease. She now participates in clinical trials, and in a variety of Parkinson’s wellness activities. She enjoys composing music, a new interest. Fueled by her clinical experience with people who have limited ability to hear, she champions better communication along all avenues for people with Parkinson’s Disease.

× Wayne Walker is Senior Vice President at Medidata, leading Rave Platform Technology (including Rave EDC, Medidata Designer, Rave RTSM, Rave Imaging, Rave Coder, and Rave Safety Gateway). Wayne has been with Medidata for over 7 years with responsibilities for the strategy, development, and delivery of these products across all Research & Development disciplines. Before joining Medidata, Wayne spent 12 years overseeing Product Management for clinical technology used by Data Management and Biometrics at PRA Health Sciences. This involved oversight of Platform as a Service, Software as a Service, on-premise deployed environments, and in-house developed solutions.
